Bar Code India (BCI), a provider of manufacturing & supply chain digitisation solutions, has announced the launch of BCI NAVI, an Indian-built AI Agent designed to help warehouse teams convert fragmented operational data into faster, smarter decisions. Built to work alongside Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), edge devices and legacy enterprise platforms, BCI NAVI enables real-time visibility, diagnosis and decision support across warehouse operations.

The launch comes as Indian manufacturing and supply chain operations enter a new phase of digital maturity, where speed, throughput, quality and agility are becoming critical markers of competitiveness. While many organisations have invested in software, hardware and automation systems, operational data often remains fragmented across platforms, slowing the ability of teams to identify bottlenecks, diagnose exceptions and take corrective action in time.
