Abaci an IT company has started an initiative to collect Rs 30/- per month from computer dealers to help the families of the employees in the IT sector.

The Abaci statement says, “We humbly request all computer dealers to contribute just Rs 30/- per month towards a cause that truly matters.”

The funds collected will be used to support the families of IT industry employees who, after years of dedicated service, may have unfortunately passed away. It’s a small gesture from our side to give back to the community that has given us so much.”

For now, we are collecting contributions via GPay.

Once we reach a sustainable fund amount, we plan to establish a formal Trust or NGO.

Meanwhile, a transparent Google Sheet will be shared with all donors, allowing everyone to track total collections and fund usage.

We’re also taking guidance from senior members of the IT industry to help us define clear rules and processes for the fund’s operation.

This is an Abaci initiative – a small way of giving back to the IT ecosystem where we’ve spent over 22 years.

We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and support.”
