A FITAM Meet was held at Pune, hosted by CMDA Pune. There was a positive discussions regarding revival of the organisation. Constitution of the representative body of FITAM was also discussed.

Following leaders were unanimously selected as Governing Body Members of FITAM –

1) Samir Parekh (President, from CMDA – Mumbai )
2) Pankaj S Shah (Vice President, from ASIRT-Mumbai)
3) Anand Jagdale (Secretary, from CMDA – Pune)
4) Sharad Mishra (Treasurer, from CAN – Nasik)
5) Lalit Gandhi (Member, from VCMDWA – Nagpur)
6) Amar Agarwal (Member, from MAIT – Pimpri Chinchwad)

Samir Parekh, President, CMDA Mumbai co-ordinated the event. He regarded it as an important step in the consolidation of the IT partners association of Western India, especially Maharasthtra. The representative body members seek to move forward to work for the growth and smooth functioning of the partners association members in the region.
