How are you integrating AI with digital learning for the workforce?
AI is fundamentally changing how organisations learn. Traditionally, learning content took weeks to develop after a new policy, process, or product launch. Today, AI allows us to compress that cycle from weeks to hours.
At Stratbeans, we are applying AI in two key ways. First, we enable organisations to rapidly convert enterprise knowledge, whether it is a new compliance policy, SOP, product update, or regulatory change, into learning modules, assessments, simulations and knowledge assets with minimal manual effort. This ensures employees receive relevant learning almost as soon as the business changes.
Second, we believe knowledge should not remain confined within the learning function. Once organisational knowledge is captured, AI enables different teams to consume it in ways that suit their work. Sales teams can generate proposals, operations teams can create SOPs, managers can access decision support, and employees can receive contextual guidance within their workflow.
The real value of AI is not simply creating learning faster. It is making organisational knowledge instantly accessible, actionable and continuously available wherever work happens.
What tasks are being assigned to AI and how is the potential of the human workforce being used for the best advantage of your organisation?
Our philosophy is simple viz., let AI handle repetitive work so people can focus on judgement, creativity and solving business problems.
Across Stratbeans, AI adoption is an expectation rather than an experiment. Every function is encouraged to identify practical use cases and share successful practices across the organisation.
For example, our Business Analysis teams use AI to analyse customer requirements, prepare first drafts and accelerate solution design, allowing consultants to spend more time refining strategy and engaging with customers. Our finance teams leverage AI for reconciliation, reporting and data analysis, improving both speed and accuracy. Engineering teams use AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, and code reviews to improve software quality while reducing development cycles.
The biggest shift, however, is cultural. Instead of replacing expertise, AI is allowing our employees to operate at a higher level, asking better questions, making better decisions; and delivering greater value to customers.
What are the challenges in integrating AI adoption in your industry segment?
For the learning and knowledge industry, the challenge is not whether to adopt AI. It is how to adopt it responsibly. The biggest risk is that organisations may mistake speed for quality. AI can generate content in seconds, but learning still requires context, instructional design, domain expertise, and business judgement. Human oversight remains essential to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
Another challenge is governance. Organisations need clear guardrails around data privacy, intellectual property, security, and responsible AI usage. Without these foundations, rapid adoption can introduce significant business risks.
Finally, there is the human aspect. AI should enhance critical thinking, not replace it. Our objective is to build an AI-enabled workforce that uses technology to become more capable, more productive and more innovative; not one that becomes overly dependent on it.
We believe the organisations that will benefit most from AI are those that combine technological capability with strong human judgement.
