Seqrite, the enterprise security arm of Quick Heal Technologies, a global provider of cybersecurity solutions, has formed a strategic partnership with JISA Softech to deliver integrated, DPDP-ready data privacy and cybersecurity solutions for Indian enterprises. The collaboration combines Seqrite’s Consent Management capabilities with JISA’s advanced encryption and tokenisation technologies to help organisations execute compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and other evolving data protection regulations.
Under the agreement, both Seqrite and JISA will offer an end-to-end robust Data Privacy offering to enterprise customers across India. The partnership enables both companies to provide enterprises with a unified framework for managing the full lifecycle of personal data from lawful collection and consent to secure storage, processing, and sharing.
As Indian organisations accelerate digitisation, they face growing pressure to implement privacy-by-design architectures, ensure valid and auditable consent and protect personal and sensitive personal data through strong technical and organisational measures. Seqrite’s Consent Management offering enables centralised, transparent management of user consents, while JISA’s encryption and tokenisation solutions add robust data protection layers that limit exposure and reduce the impact of potential breaches.
Commenting on the development, Dr Sanjay Katkar, Joint MD, Quick Heal Technologies said, “Indian enterprises are entering a new era of accountability under the DPDP Act, where consent, transparency and strong data protection controls are key to digital trust. As a responsible industry leader, customer data privacy has always been a core priority for us, even before the DPDP Act came into force. That longstanding commitment has only strengthened as the regulatory landscape has evolved. By combining Seqrite’s Consent Management with JISA’s encryption and tokenisation capabilities, we look forward to enabling organisations to implement privacy-by-design architectures that are secure, compliant and future-ready. This partnership strengthens our ability to support customers across regulated industries and helps them execute compliance without compromising on agility or user experience.”
Isha Oswal, Leadership Team, JISA Softech said, “Enterprises today require a unified approach to data privacy and cybersecurity. Our partnership with Seqrite allows us to combine deep expertise in data protection and encryption with advanced endpoint security capabilities, helping organizations build secure and compliant digital ecosystems at scale.”
