Adobe, a provider of creative tools and platforms, has announced the appointment of Manoj Nagpal as VP, Global Delivery Centre and Shared Services. Based in Bangalore, Manoj will lead efforts to scale delivery capabilities, fostering innovation and building high-performing teams to support global business growth and customer success, reporting to Scott Bajtos.

Manoj brings over three decades of experience in building and scaling global services organisations, driving enterprise transformation and delivering customer success at scale. Most recently, he served as MD, OpenText India and VP, Professional Services, where he led services and customer success while expanding the company’s footprint in India. He has also held leadership roles at GXS, GE and Xerox.
