AceCloud, an AI-powered Cloud infrastructure provider, has announced the availability of Agentic-AI-as-a-Service as part of its cloud platform. This solution empowers enterprises, startups and public sector organisations to design, deploy and scale autonomous AI agents and multi-step workflows on secure, India-hosted infrastructure, at significantly lower cost and higher performance than traditional hyperscaler offerings.
According to Gartner, 40% of enterprise applications will incorporate AI agents by 2026, up from less than 5% in 2024, signaling rapid mainstream adoption. As enterprises progress beyond Gen AI pilots to agentic AI, many face challenges in scaling workflows into automated operations due to fragmented tools, operational complexity, lack of expertise and governance requirements. AceCloud’s Agentic AI-as-a-Service addresses these gaps by providing a unified environment where autonomous workflows can be deployed, governed, and operated consistently at scale.
The offering brings together scalable Cloud compute and GPU infrastructure, databases and enterprise networking with pre-hosted, production-ready agentic applications — all within sovereign Indian infrastructure aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act). Organisations can deploy and run agentic workflows on apps/tools of their choice without the overhead of provisioning or maintaining complex infrastructure. The platform supports workflows that can reason, take actions across enterprise systems, and operate continuously with predictable performance.
Early adopters are already piloting such workflows on AceCloud across revenue operations, customer support, finance and IT functions. These include sales agents that research and update CRM records, support agents that triage and resolve routine service requests, document-processing agents that validate and post structured entries into ERP systems and incident response agents that correlate logs and initiate remediation steps. In select industry environments, pilot deployments also include production scheduling workflows in manufacturing and revenue cycle validation processes in healthcare.
AceCloud also provides managed services to support production adoption, including workflow design, implementation guidance, monitoring and ongoing optisation. This enables teams to move from concept to live deployments without building or managing large in-house AI or DevOps teams.
Commenting on the announcement, Vinay Chhabra, MD, AceCloud said, “Enterprises are reaching a point where experimentation with AI is no longer enough. The focus is shifting toward execution at scale, with clear governance and operational control. By introducing Agentic AI-as-a-Service, we are enabling organizations to deploy autonomous workflows on sovereign infrastructure that is designed for production use and aligned with data sovereignty requirements.”
With this launch, AceCloud continues to strengthen its AI-powered Cloud platform to support customers seeking to operate Agentic AI in a structured, governed and production-ready manner.
